Yorkshire and Humber were well represented at the 8th International Pediatric Simulation Symposia and Workshop conference in May. Six presentations were given by our paediatric leadership fellows, regional clinical skills advisor and colleagues from Sheffield Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Following on from Sheffield Hallam Universities Child Nursing group achieving quality assurance for clinical skills and simulation in July 2014, the healthcare training facility and the Technical Resources Team which supports the learning environment began the process to obtain recognition.

I recently attended the recent HEYH conference and was overwhelmed with what a great team there is up there within the network! I was wondering if anyone knows of the existence of a network more local to me in the East Midlands?
